Bath salts for tense muscles

SOOTHING BATH SALT FOR TENSE MUSCLES
Epson Salts are a great muscle reliever.  Lavender and rosemary are Analgesics oil and will relieve the pain in the muscles.  Lavender relaxes you.  Eucalyptus also helps ease pain in rheumatism, muscular aches and fibrosis. All will also help the winter sniffles of a cold.
I love using Himalayan salt in the mixture because of its healing benefits and the lovely pink colour (of course!)

WHY THE INGREDIENTS USED:

Himalayan Pink Salt is one of the purest salts available for culinary, therapeutic and cosmetic uses. This delectable salt has beautifully formed crystals which range in color from off-white to a lustrous pink, it has a quantifiable amount of 84 trace elements & iron. The benefits are endless but Himalayan Pink Salt is primarily used for gourmet cooking and in bath preparations.

  2. I'm really hating right now that I let my lavendar essential oil run out without replacing it already! After working in the yard yesterday, your salts would have been a perfect remedy for my aching muscles. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
